I'm a pianist and composer from Cuba, completing my final semester in piano performance at the University of Houston. Although my piano education has been primarily classical, I grew up listening to Cuban music and jazz. My project reflects a diversity of influences from my classical background, my interest in jazz, and my Cuban heritage.
