The Emmet Cohen Trio is comprised of pianist Emmet Cohen, bassist Russell Hall and drummer Kyle Poole. Cohen believes that playing jazz is "about communicating the deepest level of humanity and individuality; it's essentially about connections," both among musicians and with audiences. This trio draws from all styles of jazz to manifest these connections.
