Hi, I’m Yuto Kanazawa, a NY-based jazz guitarist from Japan. I wrote this piece as the title track of my debut album, released earlier this year on Interrobang Records. “Earthwards” is a metaphor for gravity, which binds us on Earth, and trajectory, which can free us.
