"Blame It On My Youth", Joana Machado’s fourth album, is not only the confirmation of a greater vocal talent, already recognized by those who know Jazz, but, above all, a stylistical freedom musical manifest that fearlessly embraces a broader audience. Joana Machado interprets and signs the arrangements for the eleven songs which compose the álbum, six of which are her own original creations. The remaining are an assembly of cover versions chosen by her emotional relationship with the songs in question, such as "Polly" by Nirvana.
