Made In New York Jazz Festival Celebrates Its Ninth Year with a Star-Studded Lineup in Montenegro
New York, NY – 04/12/2024 – The Made In New York Jazz Festival powered by Porto Montenegro in partnership with Rabbit Records, returns to Montenegro, for its ninth edition, bringing a fusion of young talents and legendary jazz artists to Montenegro's picturesque venues. From June 21st at Porto Montenegro in Tivat to the grand finale on June 23rd at The Capital Plaza, the festival is set to dazzle jazz enthusiasts from around the globe.
The 2024 lineup includes jazz luminaries such as Jeff Tain Watts, Nathan East, Frank Gambale, alongside Kennedy Kennedy, Yaacov Mayman and rising stars from the US Ekep Nkwelle, Noah East. The festival will feature performances by regional, young, rising star Lana Janjanin from Croatia and international artists Michal Martyniuk from New Zealand, Filip Bulatovic and Milan Pavkovic from Serbia, Branko Sterpin from Croatia, Luis Bonila from Austria, Sule Jovovich and Vladimir Maras from Montenegro. Lana Janjanin will present her band at Sejdefa Jazz Club at Podgorica on June 22nd, adding a global dimension to the Montenegro jazz scene.

The festival kicks off with a captivating evening at Synchro Stage, Porto Montenegro on 21st June, followed by an intimate night with Lana Janjanin at Sejdefa Jazz Club in Podgorica on June 22nd. The festivities conclude with a grand finale at The Capital Plaza atrium in the Montenegrin Capital Podgorica on 23rd June, promising three days of unforgettable jazz performances.
