Aleksei Aleksandrov is a unique artist, playing Domra in both classical and jazz styles. Expanding the boundaries of his instrument, Aleksei integrated the sound of Domra, a Russian folk instrument, into the jazz stylistic. He currently resides in Philadelphia and performs solo and with various groups throughout the US.
