We accept submissions 24 hours a day 365 days a year!

The competition starts on FEB 15th and we stop accepting entries for the current year on OCT 28 of each year.

Fans can continue voting through NOV 20

Competition's Committee Members together with the Judges are reviewing participants' videos 

Judges announce the winners by FEB of next year

The GALA in NEW YORK is held sometimes in MAY - JUNE, the next year after the winner is selected

for ex: If you participated in the competition in 2016 you will perform at the Jazz Gala in 2017

FAQ:

WHY VOTE? Because the most voted artists head straight to the finale of the competition avoiding pre-selection process.

IS IT FREE? The fee to enter the competition is $75 

HOW DO I PAY? It's free to register and to upload your file. Only after the approval of your file you receive a link to PayPal with unique ID number 

The payment shall be made online. It can be made with your personal PayPal account including recognized credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex...)

Tech Requirements:

Submitted video has to have clear picture and sound.

At least 80% of the video has to contain actual performance (as opposed to shots of the audience, interior, graphics and other auxiliary shots). The same rule applies in a situation when a soloist is accompanied by other musicians. In other words, we want to see you. Well, mostly you!

Poor quality videos will be rejected at the sole discretion of the competition committee without further explanation.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not send demo reels that consist of many short clips.

These collages are confusing and difficult to evaluate objectively.

Please submit one performance in its entirety.

Maximum Length  - 6min 30sec

Recommended video format:
MPEG 2, MPEG 4, DIVX AVI

Standard definition 4:3 (640x480, 720x480)

High definition 16:9 (1080x720, 1920×1080)
